Learning to drive is both exciting and scary at
the
same time. For the new Learner Driver (and
for the new supervising driver) there seems to be
an overwhelming abundance of reading/training
materials
(and opinions from other people).

 Where do I start?
 Who do I talk to?.
 When do I start lessons?.
Where can I get help as a Qualified Supervising
 Driver?.
How do I know when I am ready for my 'P's?.
are questions that are confusing and stressful for
the new
Learner Driver.

At Smartway we would like to make the journey
as smooth and enjoyable as possible. By joining
Smartway in a co-operative partnership right from
before the
Learner Driver sits their Learners Test, all the information can be passed on, as it is required, in easy planned stages. Logging onto the website will give you access to the relevant information as it is required.

Smartway also does not intend to re-invent the wheel, but rather fill the gaps. The site will have various links to sites that have the required information. The advantage will be that the links will be in the order that they are required.
So have a browse around, decide if you want to get your 'P's the "Smartway", book some lessons, grab those keys and get out on the road.

Remember - being a safe driver is all about experience.
If you are not driving - you are not learning.

"In fact most road safety experts warn that you will need at least 120hrs of driving practice to be a good driver."

Please excuse me as I rebuild the Smartway website. The site will be gradually be updated.(Note: Some of the links are not working yet)Once again my apologies for any inconvenience Rgds
