then it will be deemed as part of the lesson time.

4. Payment after multiple lessons by prior arrangement. top Basically used when the Learner driver is funded by a third party. It may
be used by individuals but conditions may apply.
5. Driving Lesson will not be refused. top If the Learner Driver does not have the money on the day, Smartway
will still conduct the lesson and the fee can be paid the following week.
If the out standing fee cannot be paid the following week, then prior
arrangements will need to be made for payment.
6. CBT or VORT will not be booked if monies are owing. top Unfortunately due to previous debts incured we regret that an
outstanding monies still owing must be paid prior to a test being
booked. This will also include any outstanding monies owing to other
instructors as well.
